Two PhD scholarships are available for high calibre candidates to study a fundamentally new and unique system for engine emissions control that has the potential for much wider application within and beyond the field of engines. This is an exciting opportunity for world class research training within an established and successful multidisciplinary team at Loughborough working with major companies on the subject of emissions control using plasma technology. The PhD students will study the electrical and fluid flow interactions between plasmas and materials within the engine emissions control system.
